Skills required:

  • A high level of energy, a sense of fun, and the willingness to be assertive when you need to be.
  • Excellent computer skills - You need to manage the zoom video interactions at the same time as running our presentation software, plus if kids have issues with the technology, to help them out.
  • Superhumanly reliable - Each time you run a course with a group of children, you need to be able to make it to every event, because your kids are relying on you and they will have built a relationship with you so nobody else can fill in for you.

Work from home:

Potentially Saturday mornings if that works for you.

Training:

We will train you in how to work with children who have high-functioning Autism.

We will pay you to do the training, but at a lower rate than your normal work. There is 14 hours of training to do online (paid, but at a lower rate) before you start.

For some programs $81/hour, and for others $43/hour, depending on the role you take.
